Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48-72 hours via USPS or UPS. You will receive email updates on your order status. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Charges

United States

  • Orders $0.01 – $100.00 → $6.95 ($10.95 for insured shipping)
  • Orders $100.01 and over → FREE ($6.95 for insured shipping)

Canada & U.S. Territories

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on region and postal code. Charges will be displayed before purchase.

Return Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide a fair and efficient return process. However, as an authorized reseller and not the manufacturer, our ability to address product issues is limited to our stated return policy.

Step 1: Reporting a Defective Item

If your item arrives with a defect (which is rare), please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Take clear photos showing the defect from multiple angles.
    • One full photo of each affected item.
    • Close-up photos highlighting the defect.
    • A photo of the original packaging (to help us determine if transit damage occurred).
  • Keep the product (and all pieces) in its original packaging and do not use it.

Important: Returns will not be accepted without the required photos.

Step 2: Requesting a Return

  • Email us at WickedWondersVIP@gmail.com with your photos and issue details.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide the return shipping address (which differs from our regular shipping address).
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (a stamped envelope is usually sufficient).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request.

What Happens Next?

  • All returns are for repair or replacement only – store credit is only issued if we cannot repair or replace the item.
  • If the item is repairable, we will provide repair instructions.
  • If the item is not repairable and we have stock, we will send a replacement.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a store credit (coupon code) to select a new item.
  • You have 90 days to use your store credit; after that, it will expire.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • You will receive store credit for the item’s cost plus the original shipping charge (for defective items only).
  • If we make an exception for a non-defective return, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • The following items are NOT eligible for return:
    • Items that have been worn, used, or missing original packaging/tags.
    • Items ordered in error (wrong size, incorrect selection).
    • Items broken due to misuse.
  • Order inquiries beyond 3 days after receipt will not be processed.

Final Notes

  • You must contact us within 3 days and return the item within 10 days of receipt.
  • If the item is still in your possession after 10 days, it is considered used, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
  • Failure to follow these guidelines will void your return or refund request.
