Welcome to Wicked Wonders VIP Bling!  Here are all the shipping, handling and returns details.  Packages are shipped within 48-72 hours of order processing and are shipped USPS. SHIPPING CHARGES:

Shipping as follows to orders shipping to a United States address:
      • For orders subtotaling $.01 to $100.00 is $5.95 (insured shipping $9.95)
      • Orders $100.01 and over is FREE (insured shipping $5.95)
Shipping as follows to orders shipping to a Canadian address:
      • Shipping is calculated automatically based upon region and postal code.  You will see charges outlined in your cart.  
Shipping as follows to orders shipping to a US Territory address:
      • Shipping is calculated automatically based upon region and postal code.  You will see charges outlined in your cart.

Our customers mean the WORLD to us and we will do all we can to make your experience enjoyable. WE LOVE YOU!  Help us keep our prices super low by reading and abiding by the following guidelines.

Quick Tips

STEP 1
  • If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase due to defect (this is very uncommon), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Immediately take photos identifying the issue you are experiencing. We need a photo of each item separately showing the entire piece and an additional photo for each piece that is up-close showing the defect.  Keep the product (all pieces) in original condition and all original packaging (we also need a photo of all original packaging).  This is helpful in identifying damage due to transit.  No returns will be accepted without photo images as outlined above.
STEP 2
  • Email us at WickedWondersVIP@gmail.com.  An RMA # and return shipping address information (different than our shipping address) will be issued to you to include with your return if a return is in order.  You will undertake shipping costs yourself (generally a stamped envelope will be sufficient) and we will process your return request after receiving the product.
REMEMBER:
  • All returns on items are for repair or replacement, not refund.
  • Only if we cannot repair or replace the product, and only at that time, will we then issue a refund. 
  • If the item is able to be repaired, we will give instructions on how to repair.
  • If the item is not repairable (rarely ever happens), we will replace the item if we have it in stock or allow you to choose another item. 
  • You will have 90-days to choose another item and check out with your merchandise coupon that we will provide to you. 
  • After 90-days the refund coupon will expire.
  • Replacement items and refunds are only processed AFTER we receive the pieces from the defective item.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of order receipt.
  • You will be credited (coupon value) the item cost, as well as the original shipping cost, charged to you on that particular defective item.  
  • If we allow an exception return on a non-defective item, no shipping costs will be refunded as the return then falls outside of our guidelines. Your store coupon will be worth the value of the original item cost charged to you.
  • Accessories and items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, are not in original packaging, were ordered in error (inclusive of wrong sizes), or broken due to misuse will NOT be eligible for return.
  • Order inquiries beyond 3 days after receipt of the order will not be processed so please check your order as soon as you receive it.
  • If you have an issue, please EMAIL us at WickedWondersVIP@gmail.com. A return RMA # will be issued to you and specific return instructions will be provided.
  • To be clear. You have 3 days to contact us and 10 days to return the item from the date it was received (your order tracking information will help you to determine the dates that apply).
  • If the item is still in your possession after 10 days from receipt, we must consider it used and we will not issue a refund or replacement.  There are no exceptions.

If these guidelines are not followed, the replacement/refund will be void and no longer valid. We take our business very seriously and make it our mission to make certain you are satisfied.
