Summer Yellow Style Trend

We are knee-deep in the sunshine of summer and almost all fashion experts have identified YELLOW as the MUST HAVE color for summer fashion 2018.  Cheerful sunny yellow is an attention getter. While it is considered an optimistic color, it is the most difficult color for the eye to take in, so it can be overpowering if overused.  However, when used correctly in fashion, you can add pops of cheer while not overwhelming your look.  How do you do that?  JEWELRY!
